How to setup auto-responding
message when you are out of office?
1. Click <Autoresponder Options> after logged in
2. Click <add Auto-responder>
3. From: Enter your email name. For instance,
albert_au, tom_lee
4. Subject: Enter the subject
5. Skip the fields of Character set: and HTML
Message:
6. Body: Enter the message
7. Click <Create/Modify>
8. Click <Go Back> <Go Back> <Logout>
How to login and access
the email?
1. Enter User ID and password to login your webmail account
Note: Don't tick "Remember My Password"
2. Click <horde>
to access your emailbox
3. Click <Log in>
Security Policy:
1. Ensure
to keep your user ID and password in confidential.
2. Change your password in every 3 months.
3. Always logout from webmail system when you leave the computer.
4. Don't tick "Remember My Password" at login screen when using
PC at public places like Internet cafe, customer and supplier office.
Note:
1. Always CC the outgoing message to your Spindex email address.
2. Always clear your sent-box.
Click
connect to your webmail account.
Must LOGOUT from webmail system when you leave the computer.
